I have been going with Luis since 2010. He made everything so easy and basically my extended family also come to him. I only had great things to say up until now.Unfortunately, we are dealing with a subsidy this year and for whatever reason he cannot help us out with it and told my husband to go elsewhere but we can come back next year. We have been loyal clients and having to deal with the stress of dealing with the reason for the subsidy and finding a new helpful and reliable tax preparer is heartbreaking and disappointing.I do want to say thank you for the years you made it easy but I know losing us as clients probably won't bother you one bit.

Luis Perez tax service has done our taxes for at least 20 years.. always respected and treated like family.Fair and honest Company. If they're is something that is above their tax knowledge. They will tell you. Somethings you do have to seek other tax professionals who handle certain taxes.. like property sales taxes or death taxes.. we feel very fortunate to have had Luis tax service help us through many life decisions. Hoping to have them with us for many more years.. thanks for many many years of outstanding service

I did my taxes for 4 years with Luis, great knowledge and had taxes handled quick, but this year he told me to find a new tax man and good luck because he couldn't handle the crypto tax information.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been going to this guy for 3-4 years to have my taxes done with no issues. I brought my taxes in he gave me all my info and said he needed one last piece of info but could also file without it. They called me on a weds and I was camping I called them back Tuesday and they said they were not going to see me anymore and they couldn't work that way. I told them I was out camping and didn't have my phone in service to call them back and they said they refuse to do my taxes. So now last minute I need to take them elsewhere to do. I didn't know not calling someone back for 4-5 days (that's including a weekend) equals getting kicked out. I'll never ever come back to this place they completely screwed me over by leaving me hanging last minute. I've never had any issues giving this guy any info so for him to do this is just ridiculous. Me and my family r done w this guy he literally left me a message after he did my taxes and said he's too busy and can't do them now.... Very unprofessional
