The food is on point. Black Spaghetti, roast chicken... Pretty crowded and wait staff is either distracted by the beautiful people or just tuned out. The food runners almost make up for the lack of attention though. Communicate through them. Definitely worth the effort if you have patience.

Toma Restaurant is a True Gem!! From the moment we were greeted by Sam, to the point where he thanked us as we left, the dining experience was exceptional. The setting was ideal...across from the wharf and away from the noise of clubs along State St. The dining room offers a true white tablecloth ambiance. Dishes were absolutely exquisite (Grilled Spanish Octopus appetizer, Crispy Skin Skuna Bay Salmon and Black Spaghetti entrees). The flavors were delightful as the ingredients were artfully blended for a culinary treat. The dining experience came to a perfect finish with Harold's recommendation for a Phyllo desert that was amazing! Can't recommend Toma Restaurant highly enough!!
