Gary Welterlen is a terrific realtor. First he urged us to sell when we were lagging because he could see the turn in the market ahead. We sold in 2 days at the top of the market for more than we asked, following Gary's advice. He is fun, smart, easy to understand, very reliable, and thorough. The whole process was smooth, even when there was a tense time over the buyer's funding. We highly recommend him! We also recommend Mike Callahan who worked with Gary and with us when Gary had to leave town.
