Many realtor relationships feel like a vendor agreement. Working with Todd is a true partnership. There is a true emphasis on advising clients to optimize their purchase/sale. He takes an proactive, educational approach that helps clients optimize their buying/selling experience. The thing I appreciate the most is Todds commitment to working with clients even after close. There is a commitment to clients for 30 years not just the 30 days of escrow.

There are many reasons we feel lucky to have had Todd as our agent throughout the process of finding and buying a home in Goleta. I dont really know where to begin, so Ill dive right in. Real estate transactions are tricky at best. They require smooth negotiation tactics, and often hinge on small details. Todd had quite a challenge with our transaction, given that we lived in one city and our broker was there; the home was in Goleta; but the sellers agent and escrow/title company were in a third location. Real estate dynamics and trends can vary greatly from city to city. This is where Todds skill, personality, and professionalism came it. He was able to bridge those gaps by being a great communicator, extremely organized, and efficient. He was on top of the many details that kept coming his way, and relayed information easily between all parties concerned. I truly believe that if it werent for his abilities, this deal could likely have fallen through. Instead, we find ourselves (almost) settled into a home that we will enjoy for many years to come!
