There are a lot of great real estate agents and companies out there to choose from, however, there is a difference between great representation and EXCEPTIONAL. In the sale of our home The Foundation Team of Norm Popp and Sheri Grose were indeed EXCEPTIONAL. From the beginning of our process to the very end they were a high integrity and transparency team to deal with. They helped us prepare the house for sale keeping us informed of the trends and styles in the market to optimize our home for sale. However they did not stop at making suggestions, they also had a team of stagers (including virtual staging!) and contractors to suggest along with any of our own for competitive bidding. We wound up working with their contractors extensively due to timeliness to ensure the home went to market effectively. I have seen all to often where sellers have illusions of value about their properties and this is where it paid to have professionals who are sensitive to market trends and pricing strategies for real estate offering education and guidance to us. Then, COVID hit. The Foundation Team of Norm and Sheri performed EXCEPTIONALLY during this unique time of unknowns while the Real Estate Association and the State determined what the protocols would be for showing homes. The Foundation Team maintained a calm professional demeanor and kept us up to date on the status of new protocols and how they would be rolled out, there was no panicking or wringing of hands. Following restrictive protocols they were able to generate a steady stream of showings and a ranking of either #1 or #2 for our home in viewings on 3rd party tracking services during this period of uncertainty. In the end we received multiple offers which each presented unique challenges to be negotiated. Norm's collaborative style of working with and for us was again, EXCEPTIONAL during this period of negotiating multiple offers.
