We worked with Alyson on purchasing a home recently and she was an absolutely amazing Real Estate Agent. Her reputation precedes her, and it was nice every time we went to an open house the listing agents always had incredible things to say about her, and looked forward to working with us. She was very knowledgable and informed, which was helpful in finding the right place. She set up a personal portal for us that allowed us to see the places that were in our price range and fit the criteria we were looking for. She made the process easy by using docusign and kept us informed on next steps via text. She was also able to recommend preferred partners that helped us work through the process quickly as well, and we were able to close escrow within 30 days as a result.
