Kelly Mahan Herrick went above-and-beyond for my wife and me. We were first time buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kelly took great care of us, walked us through the process, gave GREAT negotiating advice, and was just fun to talk to. We found a house and put out an offer below asking that was accepted within a few weeks. This would not have happened without her.

My family and I have been living out of state and needed to sell our property in Santa Barbara. Carmen was recommended to us from a friend. Since we were not there to get the house ready we relied on her to get everything set up for cleaning, painting, & staging. We were really impressed when the photos came back. The house looked amazing! She did all of the marketing she promised us and called us after every property showing and open houses to let us know about feedback (good & bad) and interest level from potential buyers. Our property sold in 2 weeks for a record price in the complex. Anyone wanting to sell their home should call her!
