Santa Barbara Soft Wash

Ive lived in a mobile home since 1979 and have had several different people pressure wash my exterior and Zac with Santa Barbara Soft Wash was the most complete cleaning Ive ever had. He did the skylights, gutters, patio furniture, awning, exterior siding and driveway. I didnt know I could have my trex deck cleaned too and am looking forward to having him back!

Zac has been doing a great job on our town houses. He has been extremely professional and hardworking taking time to find the right way to get our exterior walls clean. Zac took the time to discuss things with me as he worked on the properties. He took the time to research solutions on touch spots. Wow! What great results we experienced by hiring Zach, with Santa Barbara Soft Wash! Id see his truck drive by our house for years, wondering what soft wash is. Turns out he lives 4 or 5 doors away from us. We have owned our Spanish style home for more than 30 years and have never had our natural Santa Barbara sandstone or flagstone flatworm cleaned before. What a difference!! So be much improvement and Zach didnt overlook anything. Perhaps just as important was his communication with us and his punctuality. I was blown away at how beautifully clean and bright my brick patio and flagstone look after soft wash. All the mold and discoloration gone. And they moved my furniture and patio flower pots to get all the surfaces and then put everything back. Very professional!

If you want quality professional service you can count on at a reasonable price then Santa Barbara Soft Wash is your first call. While visiting my parents in Santa Barbara my Mom wanted to get the porch ceiling (hard plastic) power-washed to remove dirt and mold. Zac from Santa Barbara Soft Wash showed up, listened, measured and provided an estimate in 24 hours. The price was reasonable so we contracted him for the service. We also inquired about additional fee to hit the hot tub and cover while he was there. Zac showed up as scheduled 3 days later, power washed everything and threw the hot tub and cover power wash in for free! My parents are ecstatic with the result and we would all highly recommend Zac for any power washing needs. Hire with confidence!
