        Very knowledgeable and helpful advising us on best electric hybrid water heater to purchase, options for rebates, pros and cons of unit. Installation professionally done. Both Zev and his assistant pleasant to work with and very hard working. Complicated install done perfectly. Would definitely recommend Rincon Plumbing. Service: Water heater installation

        Zev of Rincon Plumbing, Inc is the only TECH CLEAN CALIFORNIA certified plumber in Santa Barbara County and is thus able to apply great California state monetary incentives to reduce the cost of the purchase and installation of high - ranked Energy Star Heat Pump water heaters. He was polite, timely, personable and efficient even though he had to overcome some unusual installation problems of one of new 120v plugin HPWH which do not require a 240v line. I highly recommend him.
