SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They accepted my case, were incredibly unhelpful and did nothing for months before sending me an email stating they decided they aren't going to take the case and recommend I try a firm in another state with zero explanation as to why I should do that. If my case wasn't something they could work, they could have told me that months prior and given me a chance to work with someone else. Now I have to start at square one with a case that's months behind. A little communication about what's happening would have been nice. An explanation as to why they wasted so much of my time would have been even better. They did neither. Shame on this firm and their incredibly poor customer service. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

I am so happy to have been referred to Bob when I was dealing with an injury imposed by another person last year. From our initial communication through to the finalization of the settlement, Bob and his staff were very empathetic to my situation.
