I'll definitely use Just 4 Fun Party Rentals again! Michelle was incredibly helpful with my rental request. Our questions were answered promptly. The rentals were high quality, sturdy and clean. They turned my backyard into an event venue within couple of hours. I highly recommend them!

We rented tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, glassware and patio heaters for our Thanksgiving dinner. They were professional, timely in their communication, their rentals were immaculate and the pickup and drop off were effortless!

I call Rec over the weekend for a last minute rental of linens for my moms funeral service reception.  The weekend staff was awesome very accommodating but failed to mention the short window of time to pick up the items. I received an email saying that they had tried to call me numerous times because of a credit card issue.. there were no missed calls on my cell phone.  Then we got the credit card issue figured out and when I said something about not knowing the shirt window for pick up the staff person replied very snarky with it's all over the information you signed! And if you want to cancel you need to do it right now!  Very rude, very unprofessional especially under the circumstances I subsequently received an email that she had cancelled my order because I questioned the window of pick up time.  I work with the public on an ongoing basis and plan large events.. this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it was over a $500 order. I don't normally write reviews.. I figure everyone has a bad day or two but this was so not acceptable.

We made arrangements to pick up linens from my mother's funeral, and were told after the fact we had a one hour window to get the linens.  We did not see this in the information provided, and when we pointed this out, we were told It was everywhere on the paperwork.  They then proceeded to cancel the order.  Incredibly unempathic and nasty response to a grieving family.

I have been working with this company for awhile now and I feel lucky to be a part of the team. They have very good work ethic and their values are admirable! They are a local business in Santa Barbara that have been around for almost 15+ now, they give such a welcoming energy to customers that is hard to come by these days. I recommend this business to all my friends and family!
