    Need to have updated software for inventory and pricing. Also need well versed knowledgeable trained Receptionist/Service Rep. Sounded like it's not her fault... Just called and the receptionist had no clue on the products they offer. She didn't know what type of chairs they offer or where to find a pricing sheet. Told me to just go to their website... If I wanted the website, I would have gone there first. Not sure if a website will tell you how many people fit comfortably around a table. Which other companies have been able to answer and suggest. Sounds like you should expect the same level of service all the way around. Very deterring. I'm sure anyone who gets these types of answers will just pass to the next one.

    Mixed Experience with Town and Country Rentals for My Wedding I recently had the opportunity to work with Town and Country Rentals for my wedding, and I wanted to share my experience with others. Overall, my wedding day was a joyous occasion, but there were a few aspects of the service provided by Town and Country Rentals that left room for improvement. Let me start by highlighting the positives. The majority of the arrangements and services were satisfactory, and we appreciated the efforts put into making our day special. The rentals themselves are mostly as advertised in photos and Bianca was patient as we changed our rental list throughout the course of several months. However, there were a few areas that fell short of our expectations. Firstly, the disco ball, which was advertised as being motorized for dancing, unfortunately only worked for a short period at the beginning of the evening. It would have been wonderful to have a fully functional disco ball throughout the night, adding that extra touch of magic to the dance floor. Another disappointment was the lack of attention to detail when it came to the layout of the event. Despite providing a very specific layout, there was no follow-up from Town and Country Rentals to clarify any questions or concerns. As a result, the table that was meant for a slideshow, a significant part of the wedding, was used as a welcome sign stand instead. This oversight prevented my father-in-law from showcasing his year-long slideshow project, which was meant to be a heartfelt gift to us. It was disheartening to see our carefully noted instructions ignored, and the responsibility fell on me to ensure it happened. Communication and clarity regarding changes to the order also posed challenges. Inconsistencies arose regarding when modifications could be made, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration during the planning process. Furthermore, during my mother's visit to the warehouse, she sought suggestions and stylistic opinions from the staff. However, she received no assistance in this regard. While I understand that providing stylistic advice may not be a core service, it would have been helpful to receive some guidance, particularly when she asked about common wedding trends and suggestions. On a positive note, I must acknowledge Town and Country Rentals' efforts to address and resolve an additional charge that we had not agreed upon. After some back and forth, they eventually rectified the issue, which we appreciated. In conclusion, my experience with Town and Country Rentals for my wedding had its ups and downs. While there were disappointments and areas where improvement is needed, there were also aspects that met our expectations. With better attention to detail, improved communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for their customers, Town and Country Rentals can enhance their services and provide a more seamless and memorable experience for future events.
