Rashti Women’s Care - Pedram Rashti MD

I saw Dr. Rashti for gynecology services prior to starting my pregnancy journey this year. I have never in my life worked with a more compassionate, available, understanding and attentive physician or care team. I am consistently impressed with the level of care and service they provide. I have never once felt like they didn't have time for me or my concerns (even when those calls came in the middle of the night).They work incredibly hard and they genuinely care about their patients. I couldn't feel more grateful that this is the team helping me through my first pregnancy.

If you only need GYN services, in my experience you will not be prioritized. This has been exacerbated in the last year, presumably by the move. I have been unable to make an appointment, despite three attempts over several months, phone and website contact. My prescriptions have lapsed under their care, no follow up at all despite me trying. Ive found another provider and will be driving 40mi to see HER. Crazy that anthem has ZERO female GYNs accepting anthem in Santa Barbara, out of a total of 25 docs (this is via anthem search). We need women docs, especially GYNs! Two stars because the doctor is great, if you can get in. Also, the wait times are extraordinary. Hopefully that got fixed in the new location, but how should I know?

I saw this dr 8 years ago. The fact that Im writing this 8 years later should tell you something. What worries me the most here, is the women who struggle with mental illnesses that come into this office. He will dismiss your complaints and rush through your appointment. If he doesnt have time for you hell just send you to the ER. I ended up switching to a different dr halfway through, & had zero problems with the new doc. Unfortunately dr rashtis humor isnt enough to make up for his carelessness

Dissatisfied with my experience. I constantly had to follow up for appointments/test/results. Two miscarriages later.lack of response to my questions and failed to call me back to schedule my last appointment. I found a different OB and was a whole different experience. Additional annual fee of 1500 not worth it!

Worst OB EVER!!! He is negligent with his patients. I had to switch OBS during my pregnancy due to him dismissing all my symptoms and concerns about my baby and my healthy. I am surprised he has not been sued for patient malpractice. If i could put -0 stars I would!!!!
