Working with Terence and Natalie at Temple Santa Barbara has been a life changing experience for me. I found them at a time in my life where I was truly discovering that my relationship with health and wellness was deeply grounded in my relationship with soul and spirit. Terence and Natalie could not have appeared in my life at a more perfect time.
My work with each was very different - with Natalie I focused on food and nutrition and with Terence on the movement of my body - yet, at the same time very much the same in that the work tied directly into my overall sense of wellbeing and peacefulness. They both understand that we are more than just our bodies and that true health comes from the integration of all our parts.
The building where Temple resides is a beautiful space. Whether crawling across the floor with Terence or sitting in conversation with Natalie, Temple is a nurturing and safe place.
I so highly recommend Temple Santa Barbara and Terence and Natalie. They are both wise and gifted practitioners and anyone looking to gain understanding about themselves, their bodies and their hearts and spirit would benefit from working with them. I am forever grateful for them.

Its really hard to impress me - a character flaw perhaps, but after 20 years in Law Enforcement and being a high performance athlete as a SWAT team member and personal trainer, there is not much you can teach someone like me...right? Wrong, and this is where Temple SB shines above all others. In a single session I received life-altering adjustments to my game that continue to expand my skills and performance to levels I did not know existed. They have earned my very seldom given highest personal recommendation. I encourage everyone to explore their potential with these amazing people.

My experience working with Temple has been extremely positive. Doing holistic coaching with Terence has helped me to grow and expand in many different areas of my life such as physical training, diet/nutrition, energy management, emotional coaching, core values and beliefs, communication, breathing techniques, as well as many others. I also enjoy going to the group classes such as Movement tribe, Osho meditations, sound healing, and am looking forward to attending contact improv.
I think that Temple does a great job of embracing a truly holistic approach, which to me means that they focus on the changes that will produce the biggest results. That attitude coupled with a wealth of experience is why I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in holistic lifestyle coaching. If coaching isn't for you then the group classes are a ton of fun and are always looking to bring in new faces and expand the community.
