Our experience here has been great.. staff is wonderful and care is great.. few areas for improvement (meals, ground) but over all its been nice..

I am a former RN and now a clinical social worker. I know the difference between quality and sub-standard. Staff ignored my light for two hours. The PT rolled his eyes when I asked him to get help.
I left 'against doctor's order' because I had friends who could work out times to come to my apartment and help me. What a relief to leave that place.

Dont send loved ones here. They are very disorganized, dirty, and slow to do anything, they are not attentive/understaffed (?) just not a good place. My mom layed in her bed for two hours with her colostomy bag broken open because they lost the key to the supply closet. I ran home to get her own supplies and when I got back they were barely cleaning her up. Sad. I have also called 4 times trying to get information about her and no one calls back when they keep telling me theyll call back. The social worker, the doctor, I cant get a call back from anyone. I just wouldnt send anyone here. Its also very run down. In addition, the first day she was there, I tried to call and they told me she wasnt there, when in fact she was they didnt even know they had her. I am also trying to have a doctors office contact them so they can help me with her medication and they can get a hold of the right people either.
