SB NAIL BAR

I just love the way SBNail bar takes great care of me. The entire staff is always welcoming and amazing. Ivy and Mai are my number 1 ultimate favorites, Ivy always does exactly what I want. I can show her (Ivy) a picture and walk out with that same design on my nails. I highly recommend SB Nail Bar to all family and friends. Todays visit was a simple, basic purple pastel for Easter.

No point in making an appointment. As an SB local we made an appointment 2 days in advance and we arrived 10mins early. I ended up waiting 25 mins after the actual appointment time before getting seen and my wife had to wait over 40 mins from our original appointment time. Also no free drink was even offered as stated on the sign as a way to bring you in. Go across the street for a better experience and much better service. **UPDATE: literally one of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. Lady scratched both of my big toes so much that they both bleed. Massage for 10 mins was weak. Will never come back here again.

Visited here on Saturday after booking in person two days in advance, and wasnt seen until 40 mins after my appointment time - not ideal as I had plans and was on a tight schedule. I did flag this to the receptionist at the time after waiting half an hour. My treatment was rushed, you can tell all the staff are overworked and trying to keep up with demand (walk-ins, appointments etc) and it was just incredibly frustrating - appreciate it was a Saturday but just turn walk-ins away if you have a busy schedule, right?! You can clearly tell they say yes to every walk-in and these are prioritized over bookings which creates a back-log and a really rushed service - I heard other customers who were also waiting (and already seated at the pedicure chairs / manicure stations) ask how long it will be. Actual gel manicure was ok, my husbands pedicure left him needing band-aids on his toes. Ive received much better service and treatment at Rejuvenate and Nu Image, both on State St.
