Katie is so more than an agent. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and no one has gone above and beyond like Katie did for me. I was living out of state and needed to sell my rental, that unfortunately wasn't as loved by the renter as it was by us. Katie immediately assessed the situation. She coordinated cleaning, repairs, new paint, window treatments and flooring. She worked with staging taking space that I didn't know how to use and turned it into something only a visionary could see. She turned our desert backyard into an oasis by working with a gardener. The whole time she had such a clear vision of what needed to be done on a budget and executed it like a superstar!
