        I made an appointment to get my seatbelt checked out because it broke on a Mercedes I bought just a few months before and they looked at it for maybe 30 seconds and said all the parts are broken and it was gonna be $1400 to fix. I looked at it myself and found a Little Rock/crumb in it and was able to get it out and fix it myself. If they just wouldve looked at it for more than 30 seconds like I asked they wouldve seen that.

      Hi Karmella, your initial visit back in December, you had asked for a quote for a seatbelt replacement cost, this was given without looking at the vehicle. If you had wanted to diagnose the seatbelt issue then a technician could have figured it out with the diagnosis on the vehicle. We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication on the matter.
