Walked into the store and was sized up by Alexandra and Steve who were both working the store the day we visited. They must have assumed we were not buying anything as they just looked at us and ignored us. We waited approximately 10-15 minutes by the cash register to be assisted; only to be told by Alexandra(who was working the register) that she was too busy to help us. We were there to buy a whole Suit outfit on hold at the register. The many times Ive been to the MW Santa Barbara Alexandra & the staff seem indifferent, dismissive, and overall dont seem happy to help. It feels as though they prefer & treat their white customers better, in my experience. I hate taking it there, but that's how they make me feel. However, based on the reviews it must be a cultural problem passed down from corporate to their staff as this poor service has been mentioned many times in reviews going back 8 years!!! Perhaps they should start paying their employees commissions again to give them an incentive to want to help ALL customers!! If we didn't badly need the clothes for a special event, I would have walked out, as they truly made me feel unwelcomed and as if my $ was no good there!!!! It's sad to experience this kind of terrible service in 2024. I will be traveling out of town to a different place to obtain suits for my family in the future. Do better MW!

I normally buy high end designer suits from other vendors but on my quest to find a very specific color suit, I decided to drop by MW. Michael provided that absolute best suit buying experience I have ever had. He was extremely helpful. While trying on suits he made sure to get me all the right sizes and provided excellent feedback on the fit.
