My Kids joined Hope's Taekwondo over a year ago and i couldn't be more satisfied. Hope's is not only a master in her Martial Art but creates classes that are fun, challenging and full of great lessons.The discipline, self confidence and exercise are great and have helped them in school and at home.  My boys remind me each week when it is our Taekwondo class days.   I love the thought that they do not have to fear any school bully's and that is a good feeling.My wife takes her kickboxing classes and loves it as well.
