Rachel Rousseau is a warm, approachable, and insightful therapist who listens and picks up on the right threat of the situation. She works with diligence and professionalism to bring peace into the storm.
We went to Rachel seeking for help for our daughter who was suffering symptoms of OCD and Trichotillomania. We were then going through the process of legalizing custody and visitation rights for our little girl. It was a painful and stressful situation for everyone, but specially for our little daughter.
Rachel helped our child through psychotherapy, teaching her techniques to improve self esteem and how to reroute reactions to stressful situations.
Rachel also guided us on how to improve communication skills with our child and techniques to over come adult disagreements.
We went to Rachel looking for child therapy, and she not only helped our child, but also helped her parents and step parents as well.
