I'm speechless attempting to understand how they are in business. I visited the store in March 2021 while visiting from Los Angeles, photographed a variety of sconces I was interested in, and communicated I would be in touch. In recent weeks I've made two separate attempts to reach them for quotes, both through their website and direct email, but they never bother to respond. When you try to reach them via phone, no one ever picks up.

This review is very long overdue....Someone asked me for a referral to a great lighting guy and I just realized I never gave Flores the great review they deserve.   Raul did all of the lighting & the main gate at our custom home in Avila Beach.  We could not be more happy...his prices are very fair, unlike other Santa Barbara lighting shops.  The lead times were reasonable and Raul is just a great honest guy...hard to find in the construction trade.  Top notch quality & execution.  I don't know what else to say except that we could not be happier.

This place has no business acumen AT ALL. I left my repair job there for over 2 weeks with no feedback from them. Then I both called and left voicemails (often no-one answered during business hours) requesting callbacks......nothing for 5 days, so I emailed and again no response. Someone finally answered the phone after three weeks and I insisted they have my job, fixed or not, available in the afternoon. I did pick it up....you guessed it....NOT FIXED! Someone needs to take charge....it doesn't require an advanced degree to know that returning calls and tracking jobs is a necessity in a business destined for success.
