Villa Rosa Inn

Villa Rosa was an amazing place to stay near the beach! The location alone was great two minute walk to the water! The staff is very kind and the room we had was very warm and welcoming! I cant wait to come back to visit again!

Do NOT stay here!! Absolutely Terrible! Online pictures and advertised amenities are not as shown. The room was dumpy and dirty, bed sheets and furniture had cigarette burns on them, fitted bed sheet had small pieces of glitter all over it, the TV in the living room area didn't work and didn't have regular cable as advertised, I was told I had a balcony but wasn't told it was a shared balcony with someone that lives in the other room who had 2 dogs (one which nipped at my finger), the person who apparently lives in room 5 across from the front door of the room I was staying in (room 6) smokes in her room and in the stairway (when there are "no smoking" signs posted everywhere) thus making my room smell like cigarette smoke, the sink drains didn't drain well, there were dirty dishes and pans and utensils in the cupboards, there was no light bulb in the floor lamp in the living area, the floor fan that was provided was broken and wouldn't even power on, and I couldn't even open any windows to let air in because they were broken. Not only was all that terrible, the customer service was awful. You cant even get through to talking to anyone on the phone, and if by chance you do, they put you on hold for 40+ minutes and never pick back up and if they tell you they will call you back they never do. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Overpriced and disgusting for the amount of money they charge. Youre better off at a Motel 6. Walkability: Very close to beach, Funk Zone, train station, Harbor, Wharf, downtown.

Charming accommodation with a Mediterranean flair in a wonderful location near the beach and pier. We didn't have a reservation and were looking for 3 rooms for 6 people for one night. The employee was very friendly and suggested the cheapest room option for us. In the morning there was a small continental breakfast with muffins, bagels or fresh waffles, which was included in the price. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Super cozy common areas, nice pool, good location. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

Great location. I found the staff to be very accommodating for us. WE were there for a wedding and had to make some last minute room changes and they worked it out very well for us. Thank you to your team.
