        The video says approx. a hundred times that there is no obligation, they don't ask for anything. But don't let anyone believe that you don't need to pay money in advance. The whole thing is a big KAMU!

        Promotes many things he does not invest in and then is minimal help when the investment doesn't turn out. Is a general partner with Western Wealth Capital but when WWC doesn't see the interest rate hikes come, he tries to play himself as an outsider. Run the other way. He is a promoter. He is promoting his own self interest when he promotes an investment.
