Sansum Clinic Endocrinology

This Dept doesn't deserve 1 star. My husband gets the run around EVERY time he needs a refill. He's been calling daily (twice a day) for 4 days trying to get them to do a prior authorization on a medication he's been out of. He's told every time they're working on it. This office is a joke!!

I waited for 6 weeks for an appointment to see Dr. Rivera, then one week before my scheduled appointment, she canceled & rescheduled for 6 weeks later. I finally saw her. I came to her for "2" issues of which one she said she had no suggestions & the 2nd issue she said that she would review my X-rays & call me. My appointment was April 11, it is now April 28 ... and she never called me.I would never recommend her.

Patient beware! Extremely rude staff , in particular, "Shianne" who hung-up on me numerous times after I asked why a PCP referral was taking more 8 days and counting. She has a power trip and refused to let me leave a message or talk with the person who handles the office referrals. Make me feel like I was wasting her time, disgusting, condescending treatment from a medical staff so-called "coordinator."

They have had my records for over a month now. Each time I call to check on whether the records have been reviewed, they claim they can't locate them until, oh looky, they found them but they haven't gotten to them yet. This office is clueless and no one can be seen or helped in a timely fashion nowadays. Go somewhere else!

I was referred over 3 weeks ago and cannot schedule an appointment- was told their referral coordinator has to call me. I attempted to call again today. First time I was hung up on. Second time I was told the manager would call me back and hung up on again. Im not holding my breath. I will gladly go to another facility- if its this hard to even get an appointment I dont want to see what the rest of your clinic is like. Review update- got a text today saying theyve tried to call me multiple times. I immediately called back and it was not the manager Monica, who I was told would contact me- it was a Bianca. I let her know they had not tried or left me any messages and that was a downright lie and let them know not to contact me again. I will be filing a grievance against their office with blue shield today for their utter mistreatment of patients.
