        I've never received service but whoever is driving a Ford Ranger with the company logo & license # 596612 needs to learn to follow simple road rules and consideration for other drivers sharing the same space. Gives a bad rep to the business.

        Lynch Construction is the Bomb! If you want beauty and quality in your project, look no further. They have been around Santa Barbara doing quality work for decades. The subs are stellar. If I have one complaint it would be that we didn't hire them sooner!

        Our recently purchased home, in Montecito, needed an array of updates--including hardwood flooring, new windows and doors, masonry, quite a bit of carpentry--and some other updates. We hired Lynch Construction who, along with their team of specialist sub-contractors, provided all the services we needed--with great care and professionalism. During each step of the process, we had excellent communication. The Lynch crew is approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient--I always felt that I could ask any question and they would get right on it. "You got it" was the common refrain we heard again and again--and we did get it! As we progress to additional phases of our projects, we look forward to working with them again. ~Anne and Robert Lum

        We work in real estate as our business. With that said, we have worked with tons of contractors. So when I say that Lynch Constructions is at the top of our list for quality, customer service, responsiveness and professionalism that says a lot!!! Brian is in the final stages of completing our custom dream home and we could not be happier with him, his subs and the quality of his work. We have built other homes from the ground up and he has been beyond wonderful. If I can say that close to the end of our 2 year project, that says a lot. No problem should be his motto. Always willing to go the extra mile for us. After working with so many contractors you learn who plays well with other including his subs. When we interviewed him we also saw many of his other custom homes and everyone who has worked with him feels the same about him as we do now. If you are looking for quality and good service, Lynch Construction is the right choice. Definitely would use again!!!! Service: Custom home design

      Lynch Construction, Inc. is a Santa Barbara award winning builder experienced in all aspects of construction including new home, remodeling, additions & commercial work.  Lynch Construction has proudly served Santa Barbara county for 34 years.

      Brian Lynch, owner and founder, is a 4th generation Californian whose family owned and operated a family lumber company for many years. Brian moved to Santa Barbara to attend USCB, fell in love with the area and never left.

      Brian founded Lynch Construction in 1989, launching his career in commercial building on projects for the Santa Barbara School District, Santa Barbara Housing Authority, Our Lady of Sorrows, San Roque and Mount Carmel Catholic Church, as well as projects on Vandenberg Air Force Base via Brown & Root.  The companies       goal is to deliver a home that is aesthetically appealing and sound, while meeting his client’s budget and time frame. His team of employees and subcontractors are the finest craftsmen in Santa Barbara.

      Brian's passion is building fine homes which will last for generations, bring joy and comfort to the owners, and will blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
