Frontier has zero customer service. The bots don't understand the question., And there's no way to speak to an actual human.I'm trying to figure out how to change back to Cox, which shows how desperate I am.

Bad experience!! They promise you a high speed at the beginning but after a short period the speed drops drastically and it gets slower than Cox.

Tried calling the Frontier Santa Barbara store, but got sent to Dalla Tx. He didn't have a clue how to talk to someone in Santa Barbara. So much for local customer service

If I could give 0 star's I would - someone sold me on the "fiber to the house" service - since ordering the service it's been crickets. No one showed up or even bothered to call last week or during the rescheduled service time this week. When I tried to contact Frontier, no one answered the phone. The sales person who sold me the contract gave me his direct number - which I have called multiple times - with NO response. They are not ready to install service nor do they have reasonable customer support unless you enjoy texting with a bot who eventually connects to a remote agent.
