Mark Taylor and his team did a great job installing my Tesla electric vehicle charger and garage Sub-panel (For future expansion). They did the job the way I would have done it if I did it myself, which is the best I could ask for. There were some challenging aspects including a long run from the main panel to the garage and they navigated through some pretty tight spaces to get it installed. They showed up when they said they would and finished on time (even cleaned up any mess they made). Great experience!

I hate to write this but have been left with a bad experience and parting of ways with Mark Taylor after years of using Taylor Electric. I scheduled the installation of a doorbell. Mark arrived almost an hour late after he scheduled the time. He brought an assistant. Mark then proceeded to spend most of his time on his phone managing other jobs and not doing mine. His assistant stood there waiting for instructions from Mark. This was a one-man, 15 minute job (at worst). I received a bill for $125 = $80/hr for Mark and $45/hr for the assistant. And no they weren't here for an hour (even with Mark on the phone most of the time), nor did they do anything remotely representing an hour of work. When I called Mark to discuss the bill, he was incensed. I will say goodbye to my $125 and goodbye to Mark Taylor and Taylor Electric. This isn't the professional company I once knew. I'm just glad to see that Yelp has at least a dozen other local electricians that seem to care about their customers.
