Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Messy unorganized store and the workers talked poorly about customers in front of them

I went here recently with two of my friends. After being in the store for maybe 5 minutes, a male employee came over to us, took our clothes, and literally yelled at us for being disrespectful. We have been walking around the store, picking up a couple things, not being loud or rude at all. He then called someone and in front of us was talking about us as if to report us. We were so confused and ended up just leaving, which was disappointing because we were all planning to buy things. Im not surprised all the other reviews are saying the same thing

I went to this store a last week and after being in the store for less than 5 minutes an employee approached me and yelled at me for how rude I was being. He went on and on how rude me and friends are for picking up clothes and putting them back in the wrong place. After that he picked up the phone and was talking very loudly about how rude my friends and I were being. We were all excited to purchase clothes, but due to the hostility shown towards us we decided to leave.This ruined our shopping trip! Jk now that jack works at pacsun I'm sure the shopping experience is great!

Ive always loved pacsun but Im pretty sure its a trademark at every location for the staff to ignore you and be rude. Does corporate tell them to do that
