        I would give it zero stars if I could. Was supposed to be open until 5pm, but at 410pm the door was locked and they were closed. It was closed prior as well and I couldn't wait around at the time (2pm). I was trying to buy a souvenir Santa Barbara t-shirt since we were in from out of town from Chicago for the day and had never been here before. I had even called ahead of time. Very disappointed to say the least.
