My go to place for rental cars in Santa Barbara. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to any of my rentals needs. Shout out to Zach for keeping things running smooth and easy down there. Give this man a raise.

We needed a car for a one way trip and it was crunch time. Enterprise came through for us. The staff was professional and had us out in 15 minutes. The only problem we had was the staff forgot to tell us that there was a mileage charge. When drop off the car the bill was much higher. I called the place where we rented it and the manager stated Im so s sorry that was our mistake and we dont want to nickel and dime our customers. Ill remove the additional charge. He did and we will rent again from enterprise.
