Ken is the ultimate E-Bike Enthusiast and Evangelist. He goes the extra miles in personal service and follows up his transactions to be sure they meet and exceed his customers' expectations. He does his research on products and finds the best bang for the buck at the best quality level. I purchased a Gadis last year and it's running flawlessly so I went back this year and just purchased a Cougar. Great quality and price and they feel as refined as any other bike in their respective classes. These are 2 different bikes from 2 different manufactures yet the quality and performance are very high and similar--that's real research. Thanks Ken!!
