Renovated motel being run by scatterbrained college students masquerading as a luxury hotel in order to charge luxury prices. Dont be fooled. Customer service is abysmal, the rooms are small and not cleaned thoroughly, the location is on a busy and loud street with a liquor store next door and they will nickel and dime you any chance they get. Youre better off elsewhere

I just arrived at the hotel walked in and immediately traffic noise, I can hear the people above me walking and talking and the fridge has a loud humming sound. Asked for a refund. Didn't touch anything didn't even bring my luggage in. The girl at the front desk had to call someone off site and they refused to give me a refund so I can find a quieter hotel. Im traveling up the coast and need a quiet night sleep sad they refused. Here less than 20 mins.

Not a hotel , I would definitely categorize this as a very charming bed and breakfast. Not sure if it was the weekend that we were there, but it is pretty pricey. $370 for a Friday stay. That being said, they do offer free parking, free breakfast and a complimentary wine gathering in the lobby from 4-6. Id give the wine 4 out of 10 but wine is always based on personal preference. We were able to book the ADA room that is suitable for handicap people, comes equipped with a fireplace, wall mounted AC unit and had adequate space. Only problem is that it was literally located next to the public restroom in the lobby. For that reason alone, a few things were a little awkward and didnt provide for the most relaxing stay. People seated at the tables in the lobby area could see directly into our room when we opened the door; We heard the front door continually slam after 7:00 AM when I think the morning front desk employee arrived to prep breakfast and other guests would enter. And I do mean SLAM. It shook our bed. Speaking of bed shaking, the bed has a wicker frame and loud sheets (maybe the mattress liner) so we werent comfortable being intimate since a thin wall separated us from the kitchen, bathroom and lobby. They offer freshly baked chocolate chip cookies throughout the early evening, which are a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, I posted pictures along with this review. When we were there, the offering was avocado toast with fried eggs, even though she made them over hard instead of over easy, it was delicious. They also offer apples, oranges, tangerines, a baked item, coffee and teas. Very cool spot and would go back if we got the room at a lower price, just not to the ADA room! Noteworthy details: Free parking, Free breakfast and two hour hosted complimentary wine.

We had a great stay! We arrived around 8pm and were greeted by John with complimentary champagne! The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. We woke up with the smell of freshly made coffee! The breakfast was made to order and it was absolutely delicious! We sat in the sunroom and admired the diverse landscaping around us, and cozy but modern design of the hotel. We checked out with no hassle, and received automated txt messages thought-out our stay with hotel information and amenities. Parking was included with the nightly rate, we were driving a Porsche 911 so we were a little bit concerned with property safety, but this place offered on site covered parking, and the car was away from the street view, so we felt safe leaving it there. You can tell by the service and atmosphere of this place that the owners put a lot of love into it. Thanks for a great time!
