Anacapa Auto Body & Paint is the best! I needed a repair and my insurance company kept sending after markets parts, often damaged, instead of the my car makers actual parts. Kayla would deal with them on the phone and then again their would send after market parts. Kayla didn't give up; finally after back and forth many times and repeated phone calls the insurance company sent the actual new parts. Kayla and her father John run a great, high quality repair shop. I am so glad I found them.

Wow, John goes above and beyond. This was the best car repair experience ive ever had. John truly cares about the work he does and the customer. He stands by his hard work and you can tell its his passion to make sure a job is complete to his high standard. God forbid i get in another accident, If so im bringing my car straight John. Thanks to him and Mikala this was a great experience.

Took my Nissan Sentra to this Auto Body Shop.  The owner (John) helped me right away and towed my car over to his Auto Body Shop for repairs.  He took care of some of the work and he painted the hood for me which was extra work and I'm grateful for, however, some of the repairs on my Nissan Sentra were not  done correctly and repairs on other parts still needed to be done.  After getting my car back which was done according to the owner, there were slight issues with the driver side mirror and a wooing noise coming from the front wheels.  I called the owner about it, explained the situation and asked me to bring it back.  The car sat at his shop for a week and he called me back to pick it up.  I noticed nothing had been done to repair the issues I explained to the owner while the car had been collecting dust.  I decided to pick it up and just take it to a different mechanic to make sure the work was done appropriately.  Turns out the driver side mirror was broken from the inside and wasn't installed properly.  Also, John told me the alignment on the car suspension was done and the mechanic at a different shop told me the alignment had to be done.  I appreciate the work the owner did do to my car, but I was under the false impression he cared for me as a customer, and towards the end I felt he wanted to brush me off so that I'd leave even though the car wasn't properly completely restored.
