Beautiful property, conveniently located near shopping center. Bobbie, the property manager was so welcoming and answered all my questions. My husband and I were helping my in-laws find a new home in the area and hopefully next year theyll be able to move into Patterson Place apartments. Thank you Bobbie. I really appreciate how knowledgeable you are about the Santa Barbara/Goleta area and thank you for the lunch recommendation :) talk about going above and beyond!

I've lived here for two years and Patterson Place is a safe, conveniently located, and well taken care of property. Bobbie and Rigo on the management team kindly and promptly address every concern with immediate solutions and follow-up. The pool, laundry room, grounds, and gym were always clean and in great condition, and any maintenance issues in the apartment were minimal and always solved same day by Carlos.
There are frequently generous events and offering by the staff that were fun extras. It can't be easy managing during renovations, but as a resident I never had an issue, as the staff here made it worth it with their great communication and care.
