Rich Goodstein Advanced Certified Rolfer

Rich is a wonderful guy and a very experienced professional. Rolfing is an intense therapy, and I would only trust the very best for this kind of body work. Even after one session I felt a big difference in my alignment and lower back pain. Highly recommended!

Rich has been invaluable in helping to keep me pain-free and deal with many physical challenges. These have included repetitive stress injury to my hands, And neck and back issues. He is highly skilled, as well as a wise and thoughtful person with a true interest in his clients progression.

Californians in the Santa Barbara area are incredibly lucky, and those of us who depended on Rich for decades during his years in Virginia are bereft. I was recommended to Rich when an excellent masseuse told me that only Rich could get to all that was making my entire body ache. She was right...although it wasnt a quick fix, I felt like I had a new body after he worked his magic. I do have to admit that Ive never figured out if Rolfing is magic, or if it is Rich. I continued to see him, regularly if infrequently, to keep my body limber. From time to time, though, stress would act on me more severelybut of course Rich could fix it. After he moved, I tried other rolfers...or well-recommended massage therapists: but no one was as effective as Rich. He is extraordinary.

Rich is my father, so I'm biased. BUT I was super skeptical for 18 years of my life as I lifted weights at the gym and didn't stretch and eventually ALL that caught up with me, and when my back and neck exploded who was there to unwind it all? The best rolfer I know, Rich Goodstein. The man has serious skills, if you have body problems, you should try him out.
