I bought a house and the Bryant air conditioning stopped working one month later. Barrett Air Conditioning had installed it for the previous owner 10 months before. I called them up to fix it and they refused to stand by their installation and product. They wanted to charge me $109 per hour to diagnose and fix it. I would recommend trying someone else for your air conditioning needs if this company cannot stand by its installation for at least one year.

After having been told by another company in town that we would have to buy a new A/C (along with other incorrect recommendations), Greg from Barrett came out, identified the issue and fixed it in his next visit. Also appreciated the itemized invoice. Thanks, all.
