Very slow, not punctual, but good staff. The doctor was caring but the place looks like one of those free clinics where you just have to deal with everything they ask you to do.

Staff is so friendly, the receptionists are helpful in terms of helping you find the next available appointment. Wait time isn't too bad, its a Drs office so completely normal if there's a delay. Dr. Chang does a great job at making sure his patients understand a diagnosis & your options. First time I came in being a little nervous but after talking to him his professionalism made me feel really comfortable & as if my health mattered! Would definitely recommend this location

Look for another OBGYN . Please see the reviews on this group, they're not interested in your health, the only want your money they will not follow up with you on results of I could give no I would.

5 stars for Dr. Elbert Chang because he takes a holistic approach, takes the time to thoroughly provide education & address concerns, & is very approachable. However, AllSafe as a clinic is terribly run with outsourced medical assistants. Checking into appointments take forever with only 1 person at the front desk who also walks people in. It's clear they cut costs to be able to undercut competitor bids to contract with Optum. Moreover, having a good doctor means nothing if you can't get an appointment. They were supposed to schedule me in Oct and didn't notify me of a tentative appointment for 2 months out until I followed up. There was so much back and forth and rescheduling on their end. They then told me there wasn't any availability until end of March and offered to put me on a cancellation list when I should've already been placed on a cancellation list in Oct. That is extreme negligence and disorganization when I've already been waiting over 2 months. To expect me to wait 5.5 months when I'm in high need of a procedure is utterly irresponsible. Save yourself the time and prioritize your health by going elsewhere. Edit: They keep texting me appt reminders for when I was initially scheduled, further wasting my time & crushing my hopes because their "appointment scheduling team wasn't notified of the cancellation". Ugh, I never even had an appointment in the first place. Worst medical agency ever. Thank you AllSafe for putting my health at risk and making me repeat this process a 3rd time to obtain a simple medical procedure. I'll be sure to avoid all doctors from your agency due to your incompetence.
