My wife and I had been shopping for a particular suv she's been wanting. One Friday we drove by AutoMax HB and saw the suv she wanted exactly the color she wanted. I made a u turn and pulled in the lot, a gentleman approached me and introduce himself as "Remy"   I went straight to the point and asked if we could see that particular vehicle and he went ahead and brought the key. Remy handed the key and said this " Sir I want you to know that even if you don't make a purchase with us I still want to thank you for the opportunity " that said alot about this place and about this gentleman. Anyways my wife liked the vehicle ( Of course that's the want she's been wanting ) we walked in the office and then I was introduced to the General Manager Anthony, he looked a little serious but when he started talking to us I right away felt he was sincere he explained how he could help us and gave us options, long story short we ended up bringing the vehicle home because these two gentleman made us feel good about it. Of course they wanted to sell I don't blame them this is their job but they weren't pushy and weren't making s*** up just to sell. Anthony follow up with me the next day to make sure everything was still fine with and they gave us 2 days to return the car if we weren't happy with it. If you're looking for a car and see it on their website don't think twice, stop by AutoMax HB and ask for Remy and Anthony very fine people, don't let the place fool you sometimes is not how fancy it looks it matters how you're treated. I know there's other reviews here and who knows what happened but I'm just sharing my story. Thank you Remy and Anthony now my wife and I are planning a little get away in her new suv we're so exited!Stay safe guys and continue making people happy!!!

This place was a joke. Wasted my time three days in a row. I came in looking at an Audi A3, which was sold shortly prior to me coming in, which I understand it was my fault for taking my time. They tried to put me in a BMW, reason being AUDI A3 (within my budget and range). Well bmw, was a little bit above the range but still within my budget. Then told me the car has recalls that BMW is handling. Then to come in on the morning. So I had bought insurance for it. The salesman sends me a picture, looked nice. I come down and all of a sudden, car AC doesn't work, cars not detailed, and the front bumper was misaligned. So the salesman calls his mechanic over to look at the misaligned bumper (very noticeable gap). The mechanic then tells him, "what don't you like about it? That's normal BMW bumper gap." But it was lopsided. So I kindly declined on the car because in my head if that's what your mechanic sees and says in front of a customer, the standard for vehicles pretty low then, told him it was a bit of a waste of my time. Because I had already paid for the insurance on it with the intent of getting it. Now I'm out 257 dollars for insurance, and a couple of Uber rides. Then he attempts to get me into an even higher priced vehicle outside of my price range. Attempts to run my credit YET again. At which point I got upset. Because when they run the credit. There's + 30 different banks they go through so I'm getting notifications up the behind with hard inquiries from creditkarma, Experian, credit wise. Completely irritating. Then plays the confusion game "no we don't keep running your credit, we have your profile already" but every time he comes out with another car, i get hard inquiries and this is the only dealership I've been to. Instantly dropping my already low credit score another 26 points. As they've pulled it on 3 different occasions. Then tells me my payments monthly will be higher than expected. At which I just called it a day, accepted the L i took here and ubered back home.I didn't noticed but all the 1 - star reviews has been voted down and not useful so It doesn't show up under their overall reviews/star rating.
