I brought my truck in for an oil leak, nothing else was wrong. There were no other issues when I first came in. They had my truck for 10 days. First they quoted me 10 hours of labor just to locate the source of the leak. I agreed although that was a lot of hours and I could see the general area of the leak. They then called to say they found the leak right away and it needed an Oil Pressure Switch. It's a $35 (I was charged $55) part and I was charged $440 labor to install. Looks like a spark plug, you just screw it in. BUT, ok no problem. They had my truck and I needed the leak fixed so agreed to charges. Then the oil change was needed, $300+ dollars for that. Plus I was charged $55 to evaluate the engine, on top of the labor changes. Total for oil change and this one part was $961. The guy then calls me to tell me I need a new Heater Hose. I asked why he said there was a small coolant leak. I never had a cooling issue when I went in so declined this service. THEN, I pick up my truck before closing on Friday. I drove maybe 10 minutes from the shop and my temp gauge shoots up to High. Truck smoking. I pull over. Its now over heated. I rest for a bit, call the shop, they are closed. I was able to get home. Next morning, took the truck out again, soon as it reaches operating temp with any strain it over heats. I never had a heating issue before bringing it in. I had to call a mobile mechanic over the weekend and he replaced the Thermostat. That didn't fix issue. So here I am with a truck that is overheating, I was over charged by this place. They are asking me to bring it in and I can bet they will run up my charges even more. I don't feel this place did honest work and absolutely don't trust them to give me honest answers. I feel they sabotaged my truck. I have lost more than $1000 worth of work just this weekend alone because my work truck is out of commission. Now searching for someone honest . I strongly suggest you go somewhere else that is more honest with their prices and work ethics. They created a new problem for me and I feel it was so I would come back and spend more money. The heater hose that would take me an hour to replace, they quoted me $360 for hose ( $110 autozone) and 3 hours of labor at $110 per hour ( $330 ), $690 total - this is just to give you an idea of what you can expect to pay. The heater hose is not leaking, maybe a few drips here and there and definitely not the cause of my new heating issue. Buyer beware! Service: Oil change

I have had my 2005 Chevy Silverado and my daughters 1999 Honda Accord serviced there. They rebuilt the transmission to my truck and did an excellent job in a matter of a few days. The Honda was having a few issue and I took it to KBS and Robert checked it out and diagnosed the problem and now it runs great. If you are looking for an honest place to take your car and not get the feeling you are paying dealer prices and ripped off take it to KBS. Robert has to be one of the nicest mechanics that I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and honest guys, you will ever meet. He will address all your concerns and provide you the best advice on how to deal with your issue. Robert is very responsive to your calls and will always make you feel comfortable. When you go in there ask for Robert and he will make sure your issue is taken care of. I highly recommend this place for your auto care needs. They would only allow me to give 5 stars but would give it a 10 out of 10 if i could. Thank you Robert for all your services. I will only take my vehicles to this place for now on.
