        Worst application process, no adoption whatsoever, I was there on time and I called several times. Their phone lines were down and they still didn't take any walks ins.

        They have the dumbest application process... You have to call the first Wednesday just to make an appointment while hundredth of people are calling at the same time... That means that you have to keep calling 2-3 times a minute and listen to their dumb automated system everytime... Get caught up and have everything done online... Why can't you see the other 7 reviews for this place..? It shows that it's has a total of 11 reviews, but only 4 pop up... Fishy...
