I took my mom in who only speaks Spanish. I thought I would need to translate everything. Marco was not only fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, but he did it all in Spanish!! Now, hes the only one I will ever recommend!!

I guess now i get to change my review, so first after my taxes got messed up and ended up with big fine, as a customer i expected better service. Instead of my tax guy to call me and help me to gain my trust as a customer, tells me beacuse of my first review he wont help me woow!! what a great service, it should of been more prefesional and instead i think he should of call and try to fix the mess up, to keep a customer happy and get more referals, Now he lost 1 customer and a bad review, if you are doing this job is to help people and not to let them hanging but, as a customer we are paying for a service not for a favor, instead he tells me that hes doing me a favor by charging me less, wich i dont complain and i apreciate that, but again we decided to go with you for a service not for a job for free. No wonder why its called RAM Fast Tax service!

Marco has been my Tax preparer for past 4 years I've been very happy to do the change from my previous Tax guy. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their tax preparer.
