Alex was recommended by a friend and words cannot express the gratitude and how pleased we were with the work of Alex and his crew. Our pool and spa was very dated and not operating well the spa did not work properly, lights did not work, tiles falling apart, waterfalls barely working, etc. Alex and his crew were great and he was excellent at keeping us updated on progress and even when encountering unforeseen issues, he would notify us immediately to explain the situation and we felt he was very fair as there were additional costs that resulted. Through the process, we were impressed with the suggestions and additional features that we could add all while being courteous on cost. Our spa is an unique shape and we were struggling with the coping as the companies that came out for a quote were either very high or we were concerned with how the end result would look. Alex knowing this, talked with Charlie who works with Alex, and presented us with another solution which turned out to be awesome. He is very knowledge, friendly and passionate about his work. In the end, everything looks amazing, and we have received many compliments that our pool and spa are like being at a resort. The work was done timely and Alex and his crew are very diligent, honest, hardworking and if an issue arises, they will work through it until it is done right. We now have a beautiful fully functioning and remodeled pool, spa, fire and water features, LED waterfalls and lights. We highly recommend Alex and his crew.

Arro pool builders completely rebuilt our spool with new plaster, coping, waterfall, waterline tile, pool equipment, and lighting. We cannot say enough good things about their quality of work! They are very very knowledgeable and creative. They turned what we thought was an impossible eyesore in our yard into a beautiful outdoor feature. They are transparent with the costs, and kept us well informed on the budget throughout the project. They are responsive, on time and diligent to get our project done timely. They were also very respectful of the surrounding space and existing patios, as well as landscaping, none of it was damaged or hurt in any way during the construction. Alex was recommended to us by our neighbors/friend. Wed been gathering quotes for two years and had a couple that we thought could work, but decided to get one more quote Alex impressed us with his experience, and ideas. Plus- he was open to what we wanted in our pool remodel. He is efficient, honest, and has a great crew. Plus- he connected us with a great hardscape company. We Highly recommend ARO pools.

Alex helped us replaster and install new coping for an old pool and has been maintaining it for nearly a year. He has been tremendously helpful and humble. We very much appreciate his work and would recommend to anyone in SoCal!
