I purchased Solar from Joe Ferrando. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He walked me through the process and provided me with options for moving forward. I paid cash and he had it all processed in a short amount of time. The panels have been installed and I couldn't be more pleased with this level of service.

We installed solar with Semper a few years ago, and developed a roof leak that was caused by their installation. Upon contacting them, they eventually dispatched someone, but have been completely unresponsive despite leaving dozens of messages with multiple individuals to call me back just to provide simple proof that the repair was completed. This has held up our escrow of the house, and has been extremely painful.

My journey started with evaluating eight different solar/roof companies last fall before deciding on Semper Solaris in November. I just received my permission to operate from Edison as they were severely backed up with applications. For each phase on the project, Semper had a dedicated responsible manager providing support but it wasn't until the very end of the process which i was having the most issues with my city of residence and also with SC Edison. Rachel Korp took my project and personally saw it to the finish line after months of effort. I could not thank her enough and I'm thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the entire Semper team, from the roofers, solar installers and behind the scene team, but mostly Rachel as she was methodical and relentless in making sure everything was being done by other parties needed for the completion of my project. Wife and became first time home owners recently and an important goal of our was to implement a solar system to our home. Not knowing much about the process and the overwhelming amount of available options and companies out there. A co worker (Josh) told us all about his system he purchased and installed through Semper Solaris. He was extremely satisfied with it and highly recommended I check them out. I took his advice and reached out requesting a consultation. They connected us with Joe Ferrando and he came by the house for an in person review. I cant emphasize enough how beneficial his visit was. All of the questions, unknowns, and concerns were easily explained and we were happily convinced this was the company we wanted to do business with. Being a Veteran myself, I love their philosophy towards taking care of their customers. Joe proved to be a very experienced and well informed ambassador. This consult took place in late February and our system was literally installed yesterday! In a market with an unprecedented amount of contracts flooding the solar market to get ahead of the April deadline, I was very happily surprised it happened this efficiently.
