Todd repaired our steam generator that was purchased used and worked to get it covered under factory warranty saving us thousands. After having a sensor issue, he was able to help diagnose it over the phone and work with me to get a new sensor ordered. Excellent customer service and in my line of work, that goes a long way!

When I was unable to start my Karcher High Pressure washer, the Karcher phone representative directed me to Boyce Industries in Santa Ana. It was easy to find and when I arrived with the washer, Luis was able to quickly ascertain what the problem was and within minutes had it taken care of.  He then tested the washer to make sure everything worked perfectly and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes! Luis was very knowledgeable, fast, efficient and honest.  The best part?  There was no charge!  He said it was such a minor thing that created the problem (the wrong washer size prevented the power cord from attaching to the power outlet).    It was a great experience and I am happy to recommend Boyce Industries and Luis as the best place to go for for anything relating to Pressure Washers!
