When you find out someone has a previous name from a name change, you dont call them by the previous name. Im not sure how confusing it is to simply call someone by their current name when their ID and forms all list their current name. Its really not that difficult to use the correct name and pronouns when you find that someone has previous information thats different. Do better.

Staff is not well spoken and have attitude. Came here with an appt and still lasted almost 3 hrs here. It's very small too and not a lot of seating for people

I came here on the recommendation of providers in my area under my insurance plan because it was close by. Horrible customer service and has the most lengthy process to fit for contact lenses. It took almost 4 weeks to get the pair of contacts I initially requested.After waiting 4 weeks to order the pair and being told it would take 2 months to arrive due to not having 1 of the prescriptions I needed, I called to find out my contacts were never ordered.If using your insurance provider or not, avoid this location if you want something done quickly. Any other location would've had me in and out within a day or week at most if they needed to order something.

Horrible customer service & they steal your money! I was told my insurance didnt cover my glasses so i paid $240. 3 weeks go by so i called to follow up on them & got told since my insurance covered it itll take 2-4 months. I had proof i paid and wanted my money back. They had the audacity to hang up on me! When i arrived to the office i was told it was an "accident " DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE EXCUSES THEY HAVE FOR YOU TO PAY OUT OF POCKET!!!
