I went to see Dr. Gonzales for an eye exam in mid January. I also ordered my glasses on the same visit. My glasses arrived about 10 days later, but they weren't right and had to be send back to the lab. As of today, March 10th, I still haven't received my glasses. I've been waiting over five weeks. Every few days I have called to check the status and am always told they called the lab and my glasses are scheduled to be sent out within a day or two. How many more times am I going to be told I will get my glasses back "in a few days"? I was told the same thing when I called again this afternoon. I need my glasses. When I asked if we could just cancel the whole thing and refund my money, she replied that she would look into that and get back to me. I'm sorry I ever came to this place. I need my glasses. I would like to cancel my order, and get a refund so I can go someplace else.

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzales since 2017 and I am very satisfied, a doctor with a lot of experience and a very attentive and friendly staff, I highly recommend him!
