Bought a db290 perfect binder from this company that ran great until a few months after the warranty expired then I started having all sorts of electrical problems with the machine which a tech kept throwing board after board at it until it looked liked it fixed it almost $1500 later in parts and labor. 4 months later same problem again so another $800 board plus installation. Fast forward to today and we are on board number 5!! And it's now gone out too. They tried to blame it on the fact it was plugged into the same plug as the vacuum well guess what they tech they sent out to install it plugged them in together. At this point they offered to sell me another machine at a discounted rate which ended up being more than I paid for the first one! Beyond aggravated at this point. Such a shame seemed like a great machine just awful customer service.
