worst experience of my entire life. i was transferred from a hospital on a 5150 and was introduced to the hell that is RTRC. the staff don't have medical degrees and don't care about the patients, they will restrain and sedate you for the most minuscule reason. the food is anything but nutritious or edible, the amenities are old and dirty. it is a terrifying experience that makes your mental health decline even more. please don't send your family members here if you have the choice, it is impossible to get out because they keep placing you on extended holds and make it seem like there's something wrong with you for not being happy about living in their overpopulated facility.

If it was an option, I would score this place NO STARS! This place is run by people who think their job is to sit around and collect a paycheck. My son is in long term care and needs serious dental work. NO ONE CARES!!! They want their patients to be seen but not heard. His social worker (B.H.) never answers her phone or returns calls. She has not lifted a finger to get my son in to see a dentist. The latest excuse given by one of the head nurses is that the dentist was there but busy with other patients. If dental care is administered by appointment then why doesn't my son have an appointment scheduled, if not, rotting teeth should be important enough to require immediate attention. I have read all the other one star reviews and they all hold truth, yet the county and state has not bothered to demand reforms. This issue will be escalated.
