        I didn't like the service they offered, they didn't explain my taxes well. Mrs. Olivia slammed the door in my face, very rude and rude. I am very disappointed with the service. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to you.

        Palmer is the best when it comes to getting your taxes done. Danillo has been doing our taxes and he's amazing!! He takes time in explaining any tax questions and goes above and beyond in customer service.

        My family has been going to them for over 15 yrs they have been so friendly and know what they are doing. They treat you right are honest and charge you what is fair. We have never had any issues with them I highly recommend this office to do your taxes get insurance as well.

      Good Morning Sofia. This did not happen at all as you say. you came to our office outside of our business hours as we where not open yet. you met Olivia at the door who offered to help you get your copies but that was followed up by a multitude of questions that she could not answer yet as you where outside in our parking lot and we where not open yet. after you both spoke she did not slam the door as we do not have a door that can be slammed but did lock it behind her when she entered as we where not yet open and that is our procedure when our staff is arriving. We are always here to help and our amazing service is why we have been in business for nearly 50 years. If you would like to discuss this situation further please reach out to me, Michael Palmer, anytime as i feel this review is extremely short sided and misrepresentative of actual events.
